~Spicy Avocado Pasta~

4 servings cooked pasta (I used twisted semolina)
3 avocados, mashed
1/2 yellow squash, cut into strips
1/2 zuchinni, cut into strips
1 large green onion, chopped 
4 cloves garlic, diced
Sea salt to taste
Hot pepper to taste (I used birds eye)

Mix all ingredients together. Leave all except the pasta, raw. This preserves the nutrients and enzymes!  This serves 4 people.

Serve on a bed of lettuce if desired. I used chopped kale.

Garnish with hot pepper (birds eye) and almonds.
